All nine double bedrooms have been individually designed with a different luxurious contemporary theme. Each including features such as flat screen TVs, Blu Ray Disc Players and free Wireless Broadband access.

Escape for a deserved weekend break, escape the kids or escape from your conventional corporate business accommodation offering. Why not escape with your friends and book the whole villa for your very own ‘House Party’.

Room rates from £135 to £175 per room per night inclusive of VAT & full breakfast. Deduct £15 for single occupancy.

Please note that we are not suitable for children under the age of ten.

A bit of History

Escape was launched in October 2004 by Sam and Gaenor, who decided to “escape” their hectic lifestyles after the birth of their daughter Grace, to open Llandudno’s first Boutique B&B.
The grand Victorian villa was transformed from 5 flats into “one of the UK’s coolest B&B’s” according to The Times. Now in it’s 19th year, it is still Llandudno’s premier place to stay for those wanting a unique, sexy, fun & quirky “escape”. It attracts many celebrities, rock bands and VIP’s including TV stars such as Jonny Vegas & Janet Street Porter.

MEET THE TEAM

Sam Nayar (Proprietor)

Previously a General Manager in the cinema and Bingo Industry. Used to sing and drum in bands, a keen football & cricket fan. Loves socialising and watching live music. Previous Chairman of Destination Conwy and a Director of Tourism Partnership North Wales. A life long reggae fan, he has recently released his own reggae album which is available on all major digital music platforms. Search – SAM NAYAR – “RAISED ON REGGAE”

Gaenor Loftus (Proprietor)

Escapes’ “Design Guru”. Studied Fashion & Interiors before launching escape, and worked as a Senior Imports Merchandiser for a Manchester based Knitwear label. Likes interiors, travel and animals.
Works very much behind the scenes at escape and is kept busy looking after our sea view holiday apartments (www.no9.wales) and caring for Rosie & Lulu the cats at home.

Grace Nayar (General Manager)

Sam & Gaenor’s daughter Grace, after recently achieving a First Class Honours in her Undergraduate Degree in Events Management at the Manchester Metropolitan University is now Escape’s new General Manager.

The team at escape are a small/ close knit one, which alongside Sam, Gaenor & Grace includes Vanessa & Mel. Their main duties are Kitchen/General Assistants, but are happy to help with anything with their extensive local knowledge.

We have always loved interior design and taking inspiration from design shows and magazines, we have enjoyed personally designing every room and sourcing lots of amazing individual items and curios, such as vintage chairs from Berlin and scouring the internet for original retro light fittings.

Each of our rooms is full of fun, character & personaility with many bespoke, personally designed items of furniture. We have given the rooms cheeky nick names such as Retro Red, Urban Cool & The Boudoir and hope you have fun picking the room that best suits your personailty and allows you to be who you want to be for the duration of your stay.

We will guarantee you the warmest of welcomes, a great relaxing atmosphere and the friendliest service.
